Terms and Conditions

  • Grand Art Competition is an online art competition for students in the following age groups – 5 to 18 years. Grand Art Competition has been conceptualised and organised by LivesBerg Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as LivesBerg)
  • This Art Competition is an online art competition and the submission will be online using the form provided on
  • In this Art Competition you may choose more than 1 Theme or Topic for submission,
  • The Entry fees for the Competition is INR 500(for First selected Theme/Topic), & each additional Theme selected is for INR 250 each (for example if you select 1 theme fees will be INR 500 only, if you select 2 Themes, fees will be INR 750, if you select 3 the fees will be INR 1000.
  • Children between the age 5 to 18 years can submit their entries in the following types of art (Size of the artwork should be A4 or A3).

  • The jury of Grand Art Competition will shortlist entries from those received for showcasing them on
  • Application process
    • -> Step 1 : Fill the form on
    • -> Step 2 : Make the payment on the Gateway.
    • -> Step 3: Receive Submission link on the confirmation mail once Step 2 is done.
    • -> Step 4: Open the link & Upload your Art work.
    • -> Step 5: On 26th August, 2020, all participates will be invited on Zoom link while Judges declare the results & the winners.

  • A special featured online exhibition will be presented on for more than 50 + shortlisted artworks.
  • All shortlisted artworks (original) will be required to be sent to LivesBerg by the respective participant. These artworks will be retained by LivesBerg and will become the property of LivesBerg. LivesBerg will use these artworks for the purpose of exhibitions, promotions and for any other purpose as may be required from time to time. LivesBerg will not sell any of these artworks and these will be retained by LivesBerg in its collection.
  • Disclaimer: In case any of the artwork is nominated for selling purpose, we will contact you & the cost of the artwork will be agreed with mutual consensus & agreement. You are liable to receive that money based on mutual consensus.
  • LivesBerg will intimate all shortlisted children to send their original artworks to LivesBerg within 10 days of being intimated. After all the shortlisted artworks are received by LivesBerg, the names of the shortlisted students will be announced by LivesBerg on its website as well as all allied platforms. Those students who do not send their original artwork to LivesBerg will not be eligible for any further promotion by LivesBerg such as being part of the featured online exhibition.
  • Decision of appointed Judges will be final and binding.
